Take-Home Holiday Dinner

This Christmas and New Year's, we are offering the full Bookbinder's experience as a take-home meal. These meals serve 4 people each, and include the following:​

Choice of either:

• Chateaubriand - beef tenderloin, grilled and roasted, rosemary, garlic crust, red wine demi glacé. - $275

• Salmon Piccata - Roasted half side of Salmon, cooked to medium with capers, white wine cream sauce, fine herbs, and lemon - $200

 

Meal Includes:

• Tobacco Row Salad - bleu cheese, tomato, onion, black olive, balsamic dressing  

• Sour Cream Garlic Mashed Potatoes

• Asparagus w/ hollandaise 

• Dinner Rolls & Butter

• Whole Key Lime Pie - $40

• A dozen 1-ounce crab cakes - $65

• A dozen cocktail shrimp  - $60]

Ordering Deadlines:

• Christmas orders must be placed by the 20th and will be available for pickup on December 23rd between 2:00–4:00pm

• New Year's orders must be placed by the 27th and will be available for pickup on December 30th between 2:00–4:00pm

 

Heating instructions will be provided with each meal.
